Our approach

A faster, custom Shopify build

We rebuilt SASnola.com as a custom Shopify theme that loads quickly. By replacing legacy apps with native and custom functionality, we trimmed the bloat and gave shoppers a speedy path to checkout. PDP load times (LCP) dropped from an average of 5.2 seconds to 2.1 across mobile and desktop.

Merchandising that guides shoppers

We built need-based paths into the site, leading shoppers straight to relevant styles based on size, width, and ailment. Cleaner collection pages, content blocks, product tags like “Medicare Approved,” and automatic related-product suggestions help the right shoe surface faster. Navigation opens on click rather than hover, an accessibility choice for this audience

A clearer PDP experience for older adults

Most SASnola customers are 65 or older, and they shop best with obvious cues and an unmistakable next step. We reworked PDPs to improve readability, with streamlined size-and-width selectors, organized detail tabs, clear reasons to buy, and explicit CTAs.
