Rebuilt UX around clarity
We redesigned the shopping journey to reduce friction at every step, including an enhanced “Submit Your Rig” experience and improved part-finder search. Product pages were reorganized to surface compatibility, installation, warranty, and value-prop content clearly on both mobile and desktop.
Modernized brand presence
Using RV SnapPad’s brand system, we rebuilt the site to reflect a modern, premium feel. This helped elevate perception and appeal to both existing and younger RV audiences.
Strengthened product discovery across the site
Collection and product templates were redesigned to highlight education, social proof, benefits icons, video content, and fitment tools. We also improved navigation, search, and mobile usability to better support their majority-mobile audience.
