Homepage

Integrating customer reviews directly into the homepage hero significantly strengthened first-impression trust. The winning variant delivered a 44% lift in conversion rate, a 51% boost in revenue per visitor, and increased AOV. This addition of social proof also encouraged more users to explore the site, raising hero CTR by 20%.

Collection

We defaulted collection filters to closed (rather than open) and found this increased conversions by 23%. This told us that having all filters opened was visually overwhelming. Defaulting to closed makes it easier for users to view the available filter types and decide where to engage.

Product

On mobile PDPs, we tested moving the product name, price, and reviews above the main product image to reduce scrolling friction. The winning variant drove a 25.8% lift in revenue per visitor, supported by a higher AOV. This layout shift proved that reducing scrolling to prioritize key info can meaningfully boost mobile performance.
