The challenge

Cluttered navigation experience

The previous mega menu used inconsistent link styles and competing visual elements, creating confusion for shoppers and burying key product categories.

Low-performing product pages

Product detail pages lacked clarity, visual balance, and strong CTAs. Information was spaced too far apart, and customers struggled to find key product details near the point of purchase.

Need for a cohesive brand presentation

The overall design felt outdated and visually overwhelming. Franklin’s wanted a more unified look that better represented their brand.

Our approach

Streamlined mega menu design

We consolidated all shop links into a single, organized menu with clear hierarchy. Bold headlines differentiated collection groups from product links, while featured “money makers” were highlighted with consistent styling to draw attention.

Optimized product detail layout

We reorganized product information using accordion sections and placed value props closer to the “Add to Cart” area. Improved CTAs, cleaner quantity selectors, and thumbnail image galleries made the buying process more intuitive and visually appealing.

Modernized visual system

By refining typography, spacing, and color hierarchy, we gave the website a polished look and feel.
