2024 was a year of exciting new partnerships, insightful strategies, and creative execution. Best of all, we were able to deliver real results for some amazing ecommerce brands.

Below, we’d like to showcase what’s possible when great brands and great ideas come together. These are some of our favorite email projects of the year.

Williams & Kent

After our Shopify experts launched a new website for Williams & Kent, we wanted these emails to align with the brand’s refreshed customer experience. We focused on polished, intentional campaigns that were made to drive conversions. By the time October came around, we were excited to see that email revenue had already increased by 122% from the previous year.

We particularly enjoyed working on the campaigns for the brand’s travel collection. These emails help the customer imagine themselves wearing a new look in an exotic locale. This strategy takes things a step further than simply showcasing the product, it gives readers a reason to buy.

“This project really highlighted our skill as an agency to align so closely with a brand’s persona and how careful audience definition can support copy in a fun, creative way. I also love the marriage of copy and visuals.” – Jeanne, Copywriter

“From the beginning, the creativity of copy/design for making studio shots feel like an immersive lifestyle experience in emails.” – Ansley, Analyst

Roshambo Eyewear

Roshambo sells unbreakable sunglasses for babies and kids. We devised an email strategy that broke through to an audience of parents in need of tough eyewear for their little ones.

What started as fragmented messaging became a clearly defined customer experience. After analyzing the target audience and goals, we developed a tone and voice that reflected the brand’s identity. By coupling that with eye-catching visuals and perfectly placed CTAs, we delivered successful campaigns that elevated Roshambo’s reputation in the market.

“I think this is a great example of how we're able to completely transform a brand's presence, creating unified branding that supports a cohesive customer journey. The before-and-afters of their emails is such a stark difference, it's incredible.” – Ansley, Analyst

Wildflower Cases

Targeting a younger audience presents a unique set of challenges. We needed to keep up with the latest trends and slang while utilizing some of our most evergreen strategies. Our years-long partnership with Wildflower Cases has allowed us to capture and evolve this voice through engaging email campaigns.

“Wildflower is cooler than I’ll ever be, but that’s okay—because I get to channel my inner Gen Z influencer through writing their campaigns! It can be hard tapping into such a young audience (with less disposable income), but we’ve managed to stay on top of it all with our copy and strategy.” Kendra, Copywriter

Satchel & Page

When it comes to storytelling, Satchel & Page always delivers. The cool and classic style of their leather bags translates well to the overall perception of the brand. This gives our team plenty of ammunition to craft email and SMS campaigns to complement this style.

It’s not always easy for a brand to speak directly to consumers, but in this case, we were able to make it happen. Daniel, the founder of Satchel & Page, had a specific vision for launching a new product. Our email copy brought this vision to life while maintaining the usual strategic direction of the brand.

“I loved Satchel & Page’s Daypack launch, particularly for the thoughtful internal strategy behind it. The final execution perfectly captured Daniel’s sentiment about the bag while remaining appealing to the buyer—a delicate balance that was handled beautifully.” – Jasmine, Project Manager

Lynnee Cookware

This brand serves up cookware in a voice that’s fun, fabulous, and flirty. Lynnee’s products are not only adorned with the color pink, but they are also premium. Our challenge was to make their high-quality pan feel approachable and attainable.

Our copywriters nailed the brand voice right away by cooking up some clever messaging. Next, our designers mocked up brightly colored emails that looked as beautiful as the products they were selling. When it was all said and done, Lynnee’s target audience ate it up.

“Food and fashion? Sign me up! I loved being a part of bringing this new brand to life through their email flows. My favorite part? Going crazy with cooking puns!” – Kendra, Copywriter

These projects encapsulate what we love most—collaboration, creativity, and of course, results. Whether we’re transforming a brand’s voice, engaging a unique audience, or launching an exciting product, we always enjoy playing a part in these success stories.

We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store.
