2023 was filled with collaborations that challenged us, inspired us, and allowed us to contribute to the success stories of remarkable brands. 

Below, we celebrate some of the standout website projects that made 2023 a key chapter in the Fuel Made story. From dog supplements, to BBQ grills, we hope you enjoy our creations as much as we loved working on them!  

Natural Dog Company 

Natural Dog creates a variety of products for dogs using all-natural ingredients. Our goal was to accurately convey the amount of care and quality that goes into every product. 

We also worked to build a site that encouraged visitors to provide their pets the premium quality that they deserve. We were proud to see a strong increase in conversions just one month after launch. In turn, we were able to collaborate with Natural Dog to provide more dogs with healthier products, and we’re pretty happy about that. 

All Things BBQ

Our partnership with All Things BBQ was an exciting opportunity for our team. As avid enthusiasts of their products and YouTube content, we truly enjoyed the challenge of enhancing their digital footprint. We poured our dedication into this project, merging our skills with a brand we've long admired.

Our first step was migrating the ATBBQ store over to Shopify. From there, we tackled a slew of optimization opportunities throughout the site. As shown in these photos, we redesigned product pages with the goal of increased conversions and higher AOV in mind. 

Popsmith

Our collaboration with Popsmith wasn't just about business, it was about relationships and a shared belief in growth. Working alongside personal friends and the brilliant minds of founders Dave and Tal was an enriching experience.

Popsmith may have been a brand-new startup when our engagement began, but they’ve already come a long way. We couldn't be more excited about the future of this innovative brand.

Pela Case 

For years, we’ve admired the work of Matt Bertulli, the founder of Pela Case. Witnessing his transition from an agency owner to a thriving ecommerce powerhouse is something that inspired us. The opportunity to contribute to Pela’s journey forward was a privilege as we worked hand-in-hand with their world-class team.

We put a lot of effort into transforming Pela's website, migrating it from a headless platform to Shopify 2.0 to enhance speed and internationalization. By prioritizing UX improvements, overcoming conversion rate disparities, and introducing a flexible structure, we were able to empower the Pela site to achieve a significant increase in add-to-cart conversions and purchases. 

Jonas Paul Eyewear

The story of the Jonas Paul brand is nothing short of inspiring, but getting to know their team on a personal level was truly special. Their commitment to a profound mission resonated deeply with us, sparking a collaboration that felt more like a shared journey.

Shopping for children's eyewear can be challenging, so our design aimed to make this an easy and fun experience. Our team shared Jonas Paul’s vision of providing kids with eyewear that makes them feel awesome, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a privilege to work alongside a team that exuded such dedication to their craft. 

Uproot Clean

This project provided us with an opportunity to exercise our passion for analytics and optimization. Collaborating with a team who shared this passion was invigorating. This project allowed us to push boundaries resulting in a successful venture we're immensely proud of.
