The challenge 

Shopping for children’s eyewear presents some unique challenges. Our engagement with Jonas Paul began with the goal of addressing them.

We were engaged for a complete overhaul of their online store. This included rethinking and reworking the conversion funnel. We also focused on updating customer flows throughout the site.

Our approach

While we put significant effort into the initial rebuild, some of the most valuable breakthroughs were achieved during our ongoing CRO retainer after launch.

One of our most innovative updates was the transformation of the custom Home Try-On Kit builder. We reimagined the flow, making it more intuitive and engaging for users. This enhancement aimed to streamline the customer experience and drive conversions.

We also created flexible content sections, which will allow the Jonas Paul team to build a range of evergreen landing pages whenever they need them. We also designed pages to communicate complex information, such as the specifics of FSA and HSA payments.

Through our design and development of the Jonas Paul site, we made the eyewear-buying process fun and easy. Our team shared the brand’s vision of providing kids with products that make them feel awesome, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
